REQ #250524- Surplus Movers for June 2025

The quoting vendor must provide a quote for the following request.

See below list of surplus items that need to be loaded at our site at 201 Monroe St Ste 502 Montgomery, AL 36104 on Tuesday, June 25 ^th , 2025, and delivered to the State of Alabama Surplus Division Warehouse located at 4590 Mobile Hwy. Montgomery, AL 36108 on Wednesday, June 26 ^th , 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m.  The state surplus warehouse operates on an appointment system so
we need these specific dates/times. The items to be loaded are located on the 5 ^th , 17 ^th , 18 ^th and 23 ^rd floors of the RSA Tower. We have a loading dock to support a truck as large as an 18-wheeler along with a scissor lift that will match the height of your truck. We also have a freight elevator so you can move from floor to floor with large loads without an issue. Quoting vendor is responsible for moving equipment/supplies such a moving blanket, furniture movers and any packing material they may need. This will also include bringing tools to take down the cubicle that needs to be moved to surplus. Please know that pallet jacks aren’t allowed.
