25-REQ-104 Purchase of Backhoe Loader

Effingham County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed proposals for the purchase of one (1) backhoe loader for use at the Effingham County Wastewater Treatment Plant. The loader shall be a John Deere 410 P Backhoe Loader or an equivalent model that meets or exceeds the County¿s minimum equipment specifications. Bidders submitting an equivalent unit must include full product specifications with their proposal. Specifications include Tier 4 emissions compliance, LED light package, mechanical front-wheel drive, 24" rear bucket, pallet forks, and additional features detailed in the solicitation documents.

Sealed proposals are due by 11:00am (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, and must be submitted electronically through Effingham County¿s eProcurement Portal.
