Reprographic Services- British Columbia

Reprographics (copying/short run printing and scanning) services for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC), British Columbia (BC) region. PPSC- BC offices in Vancouver and Surrey are comprised of the main office at 800 Burrard St. as well as three (3) sub offices at 211 Columbia St.,the Vancouver Provincial Court house, 222 Main St. and Unit 200 - 15300 54A Avenue. Printing service requests for 211 Columbia Street must be delivered and picked up from the PPSC 222 Main Street office location. The reprographics services required are those related to copying and/or short run printing from supplied hard copy originals and electronic format (i.e. PDF), binding documents and scanning paper documents to electronic format (i.e. PDF) as specified for each Work Request. Documents will range from a single sheet to 400 or more sheets printed on one (1) or both sides.

A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
