Description
The Department is seeking proposals for one (1) entity to implement the Reproductive and Perinatal Case Management Program (RPCMP). The Contractor shall provide: (1) Perinatal Support Services for young women and adolescents; (2) pregnancy and STD prevention education and support to At-Risk young women and adolescents between the ages of ten (10) to twenty five (25); and (3) outreach activities to expand community awareness. This program will be administered statewide.
