Level 2 Auditorium Drapery Replacement

This solicitation is for the purchase and installation of new drapery for the Level 2 Auditorium of the William Green Building, located at 30 W. Spring St, Columbus, OH 43215.
This project includes the removal of the existing drapery and installation of new panels.
** The existing drapery track is to be re-used.

Optional Site Visit
The Optional Site Visits are for vendors/bidders who would like to inspect the location conditions that may affect the preparation of their bid or the performance of the Contract.

The Optional Site Visits will be conducted as follows:
William Green Building
30 W Spring Street, Columbus OH 43215
Monday, April 13, 2026, through Thursday, April 16, 2026, by appointment,
during the hours of 9:00 am – 3:00pm.

Vendors/Bidders must contact the BWC Facilities Project Contact(s) individuals listed on the person listed on document attachment “Project Specifications/Auditorium Drapery Specs” document, to schedule the Optional Site Visit.

**All scheduled optional site visit vendors/bidders will be expected to be on time and register their attendance at the security desk at William Green Building, 30 W Spring Street, Columbus Ohio 43215.

Interested parties—such as bidders or contractors—may choose to inspect the site prior to submitting their bid.

The visit is recommended but not mandatory; opting out won’t disqualify you from participating in or submitting a bid

Bidder must be registered with OhioBuys and have received a payee/supplier ID. If unsure, you can verify at https://ohiopays.ohio.gov/

Pricing must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days.
