This Addendum No. 2, including all referenced attachments, modifies, amends,
and supplements designated parts of the Contract Documents to the above-
referenced project and shall be part of the Contract Documents as provided in
the “Instructions to Bidders” for the above-referenced project.
Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting its number and date on
page 00 41 00 – 1 of the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject the Bidder to
disqualification.
The Contract Documents are hereby modified, amended, and supplemented as
follows:

The following attachment is included with this Addendum:
1. Specification Section 00410 – Bid Schedule
Written Questions and Comments Submitted
1. Question: Permanent Restoration Item 10a. Spec Section 08000 Subsection 7.1.3
specifies a 2” micro mill and resurfacing is required for all impacted lanes. Please
confirm this is a requirement for the project. If this is a requirement, please consider
adding a separate payment item for this.
Response: The mill and overlay are part of our general specifications, but we
specifically refer in the description of this project for full depth temporary restoration
with permanent restoration 4” bituminous street pavement, mill and over will not be
necessary.
