Summary

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 2:00 pm (local prevailing time).

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit bids from qualified Contractors for the furnishing/provision and installation of Vehicle Exhaust Blowers in various welding bays at 425 Industrial Park Drive, Newport News, Virginia, for the City's Waterworks Department, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB.
