Project Description
- This project describes the replacement of the existing building's non-CAA chiller, the metal carrying frame, and various components with at least an equivalent.
- To reduce construction costs, a solution will be proposed that is as similar as possible to the existing system, and ultimately, suggestions for improving the system will be presented.
Contractor shall confirm the requirements of the SOW are understood, and that the Contractor is fully aware of the location and requirements contained therein. If the Contractor believes additional information is needed, the Contractor shall schedule additional site visits, at the Contractor’s expense, with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to ensure the project work requirements are established prior to submitting pricing (quote) for the project.
Provide laborers, equipment, and materials necessary to provide the work defined by the specific requirements which follow.
