NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

A non-refundable fee of $200.00 will be required to obtain plans and specifications. Plans and specifications MUST be picked up in person at the Office of Purchasing Room 335 at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Newark, N.J. 07102. Payment for plans and specifications to be check made payable to County of Essex or cash. Plans and specifications are only available in paper form not electronic.
