Project Description: Replace approximately 225 feet of existing 12-inch stormwater pipe between two manholes, including excavation, installation of new corrugated and concrete piping, backfill, compaction, and restoration of affected asphalt, concrete, and lawn areas. The contractor shall provide temporary construction fencing and dispose of all removed piping, debris, and excess fill. Alternate No. 1 includes removing and stump-grinding up to five trees, as needed, plus removing one additional stump.
