Scope of Work:
Removal and replacement of the existing rooftop units. The Scope of Work includes new roof curbs, disconnecting and reconnecting of the gas, the electric and the duct work as drawn and specified. The rooftop units consist of nineteen (19) package, two (2) outdoor heat pumps, and two (2) indoor wall mounted air handlers.
Sealed bids for the Replacement of Rooftop Units at Verdi Elementary School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on July 2, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).

Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
