Replacement of Rooftop Air Handling Units (school)

Replacing rooftop air handling units, power and natural gas connections, air testing and balancing and HVAC controls. Bids shall be on a lump sum price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated on Bid Form. Bid documents may be examined at the Thomaston First Selectman's Office at 158 Main Street, Thomaston, CT during normal business hours or can be obtained electronically from Tighe & Bond website at http://www.tighebond.com/Projects_Out_to_Bid.php.
