Replacement of Oxbow Road (CR 25) (BIN 3339450) over Vrooman Creek

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following Base Bid and Add Alternate #1:

Base Bid: complete removal of the existing triple barrel corrugated metal pipe structure, and replacement with a new single span, rolled steel multi-beam bridge with monolithic concrete deck, construction of integral abutments founded on piles, placement of stone fill slope protection and reconstruction of roadway approaches as required to accommodate bridge replacement efforts. Construction is to be completed in two stages with alternating one-way traffic.

Add Alternate #1: Complete removal and replacement of two existing roadway cross-culverts and associated work including construction one (1) cast-in-place headwall and placement of stone fill at the culvert inlets and outlets.
