REPLACEMENT OF NORTHMORELAND PARK ACTIVITY CENTER HVAC SYSTEM

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Westmoreland County Controller, 2 North Main Street, Suite 111, Greensburg, PA 15601, until 2:00 P.M. on FEBRUARY 25, 2026 for BID –REPLACEMENT OF NORTHMORELAND PARK ACTIVITY CENTER HVAC SYSTEM   Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:15 P.M. that day in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room #101.

All Bidders shall attend one of two Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings scheduled for Tuesday February 3, 10:00 or February 5 at 10:00 am. Both will be held at Northmoreland Park activity center, 280 Markle Rd, Apollo Pa 15613.

The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids.

An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder’s name and address and the designation:

Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered. You must follow all instructions on the attached set of bid specifications. Failure to do so may result in your bid being disqualified.
