Replacement of Network Computer Room Conditioning Unit and Building Air Handler Units

The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is soliciting bids for the "Network Computer Room Conditioning Unit and Building Heat Pump Air Handler Units Replacement" project at the Mid-Hudson Bridge in Highland, New York. The existing Liebert computer room ceiling conditioning unit is to be removed and replaced with a new comparable unit. The existing five (5) air handler are to be replaced with new units. Contractor shall be responsible for all work necessary to provide fully functional systems in the operations network building network computer room and HVAC system throughout the building.

All inquiries for the "Request for Proposal" shall be made by emailing Teresa Ceragioli, Assistant to the Chief Engineer, at tceragioli@nysba.ny.gov with your "Expression of Interest" to include your Company email and all contact information. Prospective bidders will receive an email response with a hyperlink to download the bid package.

The apparent low Bidder shall present evidence of experience and financial stability. The Bidder shall comply with the terms of the Notice to Bidders, including Equal Employment Opportunity, M/WBE and SDVOB goals.
