Replacement of Marquee Display Sign for the Robins AFB Chapel

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA8501-26-Q-0077is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Replacement of the Chapel Marquee on Robins AFB. Responses dates shall be submitted by 16 September 2026 at 5:00p.m. EST. No late response will be accepted.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns and is associated with NAICS code 339950. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

This solicitation is for one (1) lot of a Marquee that fits the following description: A new, double-sided digital monument sign is needed to provide a modern and dynamic communication tool. The digital display should allow for messaging, while the illuminated cabinet ensures visibility at all times. A minimum warranty of four (4) years for the parts and labor on the LED display and on the cabinet lights. Additionally, the removal and transportation of the current marquee, as well as on-site training to operate software.

The delivery date is expected to be on or before 31 December 2026.
