Notice is hereby given that the City of North Little Rock’s Commerce Department will receive sealed proposals until Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., on the following:
REPLACEMENT OF HVAC AIR HANDLER, CONTROLLER MODULE, AND BOILER TO IMPROVE INDOOR QUALITY AND PREVENT SPREAD OF INFECTIOUS AEROSOLS
A mandatory site visit to the North Little Rock Community Center is scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Community Center entrance at 2700 Willow Street, North Little Rock, AR.
This is a federally assisted project and is funded in whole or part by the Community Development Block Grant. Applicants must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and City statutes, rules, regulations, and record-keeping requirements, including, but not limited to Davis-Bacon Act and Section 3. See bid for further guidance.
The City of North Little Rock encourages participation of small, minority, and woman-owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, professional services, and construction.
