This acquisition is SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT TO DMW MARINE GROUP. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable NAICS Code is 333120, with a Small Business Size Standard of 1250 Employees.

A Firm-Fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Products and Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS). This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to: https://www.sam.gov

NAVSUP WSS Transportation is provided at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory in accordance with the solicitation. Any additional costs, including tariffs, duties, taxes, or customs fees, shall be included by the offeror in the applicable line item(s) of the proposal.
