Replacement of Fire Department Overhead Bay Doors

Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830prior to 2:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, August 6, August 20, 2025, and publicly opened shortly thereafter, at City Hall within a designated Conference Room located at the location stated above.

SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision for the removal & replacement of the existing engine bay doors at 110 E. Church Street, Bartow, FL 33830, with Wayne Dalton Thermomark 530 sectional doors. All information related to this project is further detailed in the pages to follow.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: There will be a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at 9:00 A.M (EDT) on Thursday, July 24, 2025, located at 450 N. Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830 in the Commission Chambers Conference Room. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive.
