Replacement of Fire Alarm Panels (Lowry, Locklear, Moore, Oxendine, UC, Pinchback)

The University of North Carolina Pembroke (UNCP) is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals to provide complete design and construction administration services for Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) and all system devices. These systems are comprised of both addressable and non-addressable systems. All systems have annunciators, duct detectors, heat detectors, smoke detectors, audible / visual devices, pull stations, remote power supplies and back up battery systems. All systems are to be replaced with modern, addressable systems and all devices on the system are to be replaced upgrading the fire alarm control panel in D.F. Lowry, Locklear Hall, Moore Hall, Oxendine Science, Pinchback Maintenance and Facilities. Added 2/13/2026: Evaluation will be based on the published expanded information criteria. Information discussed at the non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting was clarifying only and did not add to or modify the published evaluation criteria.
