Description

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Seoul, Korea requires the replacement of branch circuit wiring except the lighting wires for three (3) 2-bedroom houses, five (5) 3-bedroom houses, two (2) 4-bedroom houses in the Yongsan Embassy Housing Compound located at U.S. Army Garrison-Yongsan, South Post. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in April 2025. The solicitation will be posted on the Embassy website-no paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.



An Offeror is required to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, purchase order and blanket purchase agreement resulting from this solicitation. (see FAR provision 52.204-7).
