Replacement of Boilers and Condensing Unit

The City of Saskatoon is inviting quotations from contractors for the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to supply and install two (2) boilers at the Commissary building, as well as one (1) condensing unit and One (1) evaporator coil for the air handling unit (AHU) in the Quarantine building at the Forestry Farm Park and Zoo site.

All units are equipped with Building Management System (BMS) controls, which require the contractor to disconnect, retain, and reintegrate the controls with the new equipment. The functionality must be at least as good as, if not better than, that of the previous condensing unit and boilers.
