NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for furnishing the following to the Town of Walpole will be received at

the Purchasing Office, Room 110, Town Hall, 135 School Street, Walpole, MA 02081

at the date and time specified, at which time the Bid will be publicly opened and

read. The Town of Walpole is an affirmative action/equal opportunity

owner/purchaser.

Tuesday, December 30th, 2025 at 11:00AM

Pre-Bid Conference

Thursday, December 18th, 2025 at 1:00PM

At Willis Water Treatment Facility

9 Leonard Street, Walpole, MA

The above bid contract is subject to approval by the Walpole Select Board.

Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the Purchasing Office, Room 110.

Bid shall be submitted on the form furnished and in a sealed envelope marked on

the outside with bid title and the Bidder’s name. Bid surety deposits and

Performance Bonds may be required if stated in the Specifications.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or Proposals;

To waive any technicality to any Bid or part thereof; To Contract in part or in whole

if applicable; and to accept the Bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of

Walpole.
