REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Liberty County, Georgia publicly advertises its intention to contract for the replacement of an existing HVAC unit, generally described as the project entitled “Replacement HVAC for Liberty County Justice Center.

This Notice further advertises a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified firms pursuant to O.C.G.A. 36-91-20 et. Seq. for “Replacement HVAC for Liberty County Justice Center, dated April 14 ^th , 2025. In this regard, all interested persons desiring to contract with the County for the procurement of a new HVAC unit shall submit proposals marked “Replacement HVAC Unit for Liberty County Justice Center” regarding the same to the Liberty County Board of Commissioners at 112 North Main Street, Courthouse Annex, Room 2200, Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia 31313, via mail. No later than 2:00 p.m., E.S.T., on May 27, 2025.
