Description
Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure the engineering, design, manufacturing, testing, drawings (installation, fabrication, etc.), design calculations, installation instructions, installation technical support via teleconference, preparation for shipment, and delivery of two (2) stainless steel slide gates housed in self-contained stainless-steel guides with J-Seal / ultrahigh molecular weight (UHMW) (or equivalent) seals and wear bars complete with operating equipment (River Gates) for the DISTRICT’S Dawson County Diversion Structure located at Cozad, Nebraska.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details
A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m. CDT, April 9, 2025. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
