Summary

St David Unified School District, #21 is issuing this RFQ seeking Statement of Qualifications for Replacement CTE Building . This will be funded using Division of School Facilities . St David Unified School District, #21 is located in Cochise County.

Background

School Facilities Division, By assessing and restructuring the utilization of its current classroom space, the district would have classroom space for these purposes. However, the district lacks sufficient space appropriate for a workshop. Pursuant to A.R.S.41-5741 (G), the staff determined that the District no longer meets building adequacy standards. SFD Staff recommends 4,300 in additional square feet to construct new CTE workshop space.
