Replacement Controller for MCMEC Environmental Chamber

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a replacement controller for a multi-chamber modular environmental conditioning (MCMEC) system from Weiss Technik as a sole source because of the required compatibility with existing equipment. The selected controller must be compatible with the WWH512-3-3-12-RUM-LAC series walk-in programmable chamber, originally engineered by Envirotronics (now Weiss Technik) with no reduction in performance or loss of capabilities. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website. Appeals must be submitted to Procurement, Contracts and Materials Management at procurement@oregonstate.edu by October 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM PST.
