VA Portland Healthcare system is requesting replacement patient lounge chairs for the Acute Mental health Patient ward in 5C building 100 at the Portland VAMC. This is to comply with our facilites patient safety guidleines in an acute mental health enviornment, and to fix deficiencies found during Enviornment of Care rounds.
