REPLACEMENT AIR HANDLING AND AIR-COOLED CONDENSING UNITS FOR OCC

Project Description: SCOPE: The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) and Niagara Frontier Metro Systems, Inc. (NFTM) seeks qualified Contractors to submit detailed proposals that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for purchase and installation of a 5-ton and 7.5-ton air Handler and Air-Cooled Condensing replacement units delivered F.O.B Destination to 93 Oak St Buffalo, New York. NFTA and NFTM Reserves the right to award as a whole or in part
The scope of work for this procurement includes removal of existing units and delivery and installation of the new units. Included in the scope of work is all labor, tools, material equipment, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as outlined herein. The work is subject to NYS Prevailing Wage Rates
GOALS: 4% MBE, 5% WBE, & 5% SDVOB
PRE-PROPOSAL/SITE INSPECTION: A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held on November 22, 2024, at 2 p.m.
The prospective contractor is required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal. Proponents must register to attend. The deadline to register is November 21, 2024, by 4 p.m. Proponents can register to attend by clicking on the “Ask a Question” button located in Bonfire next to the Questions Due Date to send a message through Bonfire to register.
