Description:	Base Bid Description: Install security cameras, viewing stations, data storage systems, network equipment and associated cabling & raceway Systems per approved plans and specifications. Contract Time: 120 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $1,100.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Important: See ‘Additional Description’ section below regarding security clearance requirements for all individuals desiring to attend the pre-bid meeting.
Additional Description:	Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the ‘NDOC Contractor Background Check Application’ and the ‘NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgment Form’ a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for security clearance details.
