This Acquisition is being conducted in accordance with PART 13 - SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES and any combination of the procedures in parts 13, 14, or 36 to include the use of Standard Form 1442, Solicitation, Offer, and Award (Construction, Alteration, or Repair), for construction contracts.
