Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 161069_- REPLACE ROOF - LIHREC PESTICIDE BUILDING will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00PN on November 20, 2025, then opened publicly in Room 133 Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/99614426701?pwd=j3m48aKSYlpITIkhZRta9rocNCQL6U.1&from=addon Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid.

Scope of Work:

Replacement of the roof at the LIHREC (Long Island Horticulture Research and Extension Center) Pesticide Building includes the following:

1. Remove the existing asphalt shingle roofing materials down to the existing structural wood deck.

2. Provide and install new membrane underlayment to existing and new sound wood decking substrate.

3. Provide a portion of new framing and roof substrate to cover existing sidewalk.

4. Provide and install new standing seam metal panels over new membrane underlayment.
