CORNELL UNIVERSITY NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 341023_- REPLACE ROOF – HEDRICK HALL will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 3:00 PM on June 4, 2025, then opened publicly in Room 102C Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/99332961389?pwd=DTPBoUGJeWjN4oX01vhPOcU2c8bPOW.1&from=addon Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid

Scope of Work:

1. Remove existing roof membrane system down to wood plank decking and install new asphalt and a modified bitumen roofing system.

2. Remove existing dormer and replace with new framing and decking.

3. Relocate existing attic ductwork where dormer is removed, and replace dormer window exhaust and intake louvers with rooftop mounted insulated curb units.

Fees are waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Certification status will be verified in the New York State Contract System.
