NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Clerk’s Office, for the Township of Livingston, County of Essex, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, 11:30 AM prevailing time at 357 S. Livingston Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey at which time and place proposals will be opened in the Council Chambers and publicly read for:

BID NO. 14-2025- REPLACE MOTOR CONTROL CENTERS AT THE TOWNSHIP WPCF – PHASE 2

Bid documents and specifications can be downloaded for no charge online (upon registration) beginning on Thursday, June 5, 2025.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at Township of Livingston Water Pollution Control

Facility, 81 Naylon Avenue, Livingston, NJ, 07039 on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.

Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend.
