Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 161009_- REPLACE GREENHOUSES LIGHTING & PANELS - BOYCE THOMPSON INSTITUTE will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00PM on November 25, 2025, then opened publicly in Room 133 Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/91571109196?pwd=Mn87LNJWdkWeSJGkkYjV7Cr76GTsK6.1&from=addon Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid. Scope of Work: Work includes demolition and construction to the lighting electrical system as required for replacement of the light fixtures in seventeen (17) of the twenty (20) Greenhouses at Boyce Thompson Institute (BTI). The replacement lighting fixtures aim to match the fixtures at the remaining three (3) Greenhouses. The existing installations in three (3) Greenhouses will have the panel enclosures updated to the proper rating.
