Replace Fuel Tanks and Associated Lines - Rec Camp

Amendment 0001

The purpose of this amendment is to:

a. Attach the Questions and Answers

b. Attach the updated SOW

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS:

The Contractor shall remove existing two (2) 500-gallon above-ground steel industrial fuel tanks and all piping and parts associated with existing fuel tanks at the Goodfellow AFB Recreation Camp.

Following removal, the Contractor shall install one (1) new Double-Walled 500-gallon Fuel Storage Tank (UL2085 – Fireguard – Above-Ground Fuel Storage Tank or approved equal) and all associated parts.

For additional details and specifications, please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and site pictures.

Questions Due: Due to the Government no later than 1:00pm CST - 08 June 2026;

QUOTE SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

a. Quotes: Due to the Government no later than 3:00pm CST - 17 June 2026

b. Quotes must be provided electronically by the deadline above, to the email address listed above. Quotes received after the requested date and time may not be considered for award.

c. When submitting a quote, offerors must include a capability statement demonstrating how or why they can perform the requested work. This capability statement is required so that the quote can be technically evaluated.

d. Quotes must contain a statement that the company does or does not take exception to any of the Government's requirements, or any terms/conditions of the resulting contract, and acknowledges all posted amendments and changes to the solicitation.
