Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. SUCF #181006_- REPLACE FIRE PUMP - IVES HALL will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00 PM on October 14, 2025, then opened publicly in Room 133 Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/97590412152?pwd=qeb6Y6QR8bbD2zTLq7UuSR6mLzwqKI.1&from=addon . Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid.

Scope of Work:

This project will replace the 1009 fire pump and controller, provide a tie into 1009 Ives Hall for future redundant pumping infrastructure, update the attic sprinkler system and provide a backflow preventer (BFP) upstream of the fire pump.
