The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement to provide a new reliable fire alarm system located at 800 Buchanan St, Albany, CA 94710. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.

AMENDMENT #3:

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to May 12, 2023.

AMENDMENT #4:

The purpose of this amendment is to notify vendors that the Proposal deadline is now 4pm Pacific Time, Thursday, 18 May 2023.

In addition, we received a couple dozens questions from vendors that we are working on answering. Those Q&As will added to this solicitation in a subsequent amendment very shortly.

The purpose of this amendment is to attach question and answers that vendors had on this RFP. See the following pages for the Q&As.
