Please be aware this is an electronic bid. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING ON November 19, 2025, 2025 AT 9:00 AM. ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEEDING IS MANDATORY FOR BIDS TO BE ACCEPTED. Questions will need to be submitted by November 21, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. and Responses will be issued by us via an Addendum no later than November 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be due on December 2, 2025 before 10:00 a.m.
