Project Description: The City of Lubbock recently experienced a rupture in one of the two double membrane gas containment systems covering the sludge holding tanks at the Southeast Water Reclamation Plant (SEWRP). The rupture separated the outer membrane from the tank wall anchors, but left the inner membrane intact, so all biogas containment is still secure. The City is seeking an expert vendor to provide a replacement for both the inner and outer membranes, as well as the onsite installation of the membranes.
