6. The expected approximate lead time for the new pump is 27 weeks (after submittal approval). Please confirm the NTP will not be issued by the Government until after the pump is delivered to the Contractor and onsite. Once we receive the manufacture delay letter, a suspension of work would be issued.

This post was made to post the RFI answers, update the proposal due date from July 25, 2025 to August 15, 2025 at 12:00 CST, and to the following attachments: Drawings, Revised Statement of Work dated 17 July 2025, and an image document.
NOTE: Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" attachment to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically.

The Contractor must provide all, labor, material, equipment, and transportation required to replace a condenser pump circulating condenser water from the cooling towers supporting building 268 of Columbus AFB, MS. Perform all work according to the Statement of Work (SOW), the Project Image Document, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references.
Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on, 9 July 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 9:00 PM CST on 7 July 2025. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 9:00 AM CST on 7 July 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit.
Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID.
Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance.
IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB’s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors center at 1:00 pm.
Additional Info: All RFIs must be submitted NLT 1200 PM CST, on 15 July 2025.
