The project includes inner perimeter fence improvements for Hawthorn Children's Psychiatric Hospital that includes the removal and replacement of existing inner perimeter fence, manway access gate, vehicle access gate, concrete foundations, removal of an existing manway access gate, contract utility locate service to locate existing onsite private utilities to protect said existing onsite private utilities from damage during construction, temporary site security fence to secure inner perimeter courtyard during fence removal and replacement, erosion control / storm water pollution prevention, landscape / finish grading, seeding and fertilizing, all appurtenances and minor details necessary to make the completed improvements fully operational with the project plans and specifications**See "HOW TO ACQUIRE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS" below for a hyperlink to the view-only electronic specifications for this project.**
