Repairs to Fire Station No. 3

The City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri is requesting sealed quotations for repairs to Fire Station No. 3, 507 Highway 53, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, 63901. Repairs requested are as follows:

*Removal of metal on the exterior west wall damaged by the March 2025 tornado and replace and paint to match existing metal.

*Removal and replacement of five (5) pieces of roof metal; must be coated to match existing roof.

*Repair/replacement of damaged guttering.

The City of Poplar Bluff, by its authorized representatives, shall reserve the right to reject any or all quotations, to select the lowest or best bid and to make decisions that they deem beneficial to the City of Poplar Bluff. All bids should be sealed and delivered to the office of the City Clerk, 501 Vine Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901, on or before 10:00 a.m., April 1, 2026.  The envelope should be clearly marked “Bid on Repairs – Fire Station No. 3”.
