Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 West Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 (8th floor), until 10:00 AM CDT, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3, 2026, for the following:

CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER
JOB NO. 09347
Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project to insure receipt of bid addendums and/or project updates.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the Lake Maumelle Dam site (10629 Ark Hwy 300, Roland, AR 72135) at 9:00 AM THURSDAY, MAY 28, 2026. Bidders are encouraged to attend. For bidding information and questions, contact Jim Ferguson, Director of Engineering, 501-377-1298 or jim.ferguson@carkw.com .
All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
The Commission reserves the right to waive formalities, reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of Central Arkansas Water.
