Repair to Firehouse Forecourt

The Town of Brookfield is inviting sealed bid proposals from qualified contractors to carry out the following work at the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Department Candlewood Company Inc, located at 18 Bayview Drive, Brookfield, CT 06804 1.        Repaving Repave all asphalt in front of the firehouse building – the ramp leading into the storage shed is to be lifted in order to pave right up to the door 2.        Retaining Wall Replace the retaining wall between the bay doors – the wall is to constructed with cinder block, poured concrete or other materials, as agreed with the contractor, and faced with an appropriate finish 3.        ADA-compliant Space Create an ADA-compliant space outside the front door
