REPAIR and PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE of the ADAMS PARKING GARAGE

This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All bids shall be submitted online at www.Projectdog.com. until 11:00 AM,
April 23, 2026. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by Projectdog Inc. or by the Awarding Authority. Tutorials and

Bidders and the public may view bid results, as well as inspect bid documents via the Projectdog website or attend the in-
person bid opening in the GAR Room, Second Floor, City Hall, 45 School Street, Brockton, MA 02301.
In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44D, General Bids that exceed $150,000 will be valid only when accompanied
by (1) a current certificate of eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Assets Management and Maintenance, showing that the
General Bidder has the classification of General Building Construction and a capacity to perform this work, and (2) an update
statement summarizing the General Bidder's record for the period between the latest Division of Capital Assets Management and
Maintenance certification and the date the bid is submitted.
All prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a PRE-BID CONFERENCE at the Adams Parking Garage located at
42 Crescent Street, Brockton, MA 02301 Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:00 A.M.
Bid Forms and Contract Documents are available online at www.Projectdog.com after 11:00 AM on April 1, 2026. Enter the
Project Code 873658 in the project locator box and select "Acquire Documents" to download documents. Alternatively, a free
CD-ROM may be requested by contacting Projectdog - shipping & handling charges apply. All plan holders must have an
active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and submit bids
electronically. Documents may also be viewed, but not removed, from the offices of Projectdog Inc., 18 Graf Road - Unit 8,
Newburyport, MA 01950, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the
amount of (5) five percent of the Bid.
Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of thirty days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the
actual date of the opening of the Bids.
The Successful Bidder must furnish a 100 percent Performance Bond and a 100 percent Payment Bond with a surety company
acceptable to the Owner.

Wage rates for this Project are subject to the minimum wage rates as per M.G.L., Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27H inclusive.
The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30, Section 39M.
Award of this contract will be contingent on the City's needs, appropriation, and availability of funds.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids if deemed to be in its best interest.
