Repair and Paint Pool Surface

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from a qualified company to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with the Garden City Parks and Recreation (GCPR) department and the City of Garden City, in Garden City, Kansas. The company (Proposer) will provide a brush blast of our swimming pool and repainting per Tnemec company specification listed in the attached sheets. GCPR will determine the color of the pool with the winning bidder.

The proposer will bear all expenses for preparing and delivering project proposals.

The Selection Committee will formally review proposals on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 10:00 am CDT, at 310 N 6th St. in Studio I. Notification of final selection will occur not later than Friday, September 26, 2025, by 1:00 pm CDT.
