The United States Government (USG) has a requirement to provide United States Air Force (USAF) members with a service for technical support and or repair of their JetSCAN machines, National Stock Number 6650-01-486-7221. The service effort will ensure USAF members have the ability to obtain necessary technical support or repair to this unique piece of support equipment, as it provides laser spectroscopy analysis to identify engine material wear debris. For this requirement, the Contractor shall be able to respond to emails and phone calls for purposes of providing trouble shooting technical support; in the event troubleshooting via emails or phone calls fails to resolve customer issue, the customer will request to return JetSCAN machines in for repair. The Contractor shall repair and return the JetSCAN unit to a fully operational status.
