Repair NPS Dorms Elevators

The work performed under this contract will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair the Non-Prior Service (NPS) Dorms Elevators at Keesler AFB, MS as specified in the Statement of Work, Specifications, and as shown in the drawings.

This acquisition will be conducted as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside, utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Procedures. Interested SDVOSB sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990. The size standard is $19 Million. The Product Services Code (PSC) is Z2AA. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Interested SDVO small business concerns may submit a proposal in response to the Solicitation Package, Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings, tentatively scheduled to be posted on the Contract Opportunities Website: https://www.sam.gov on/or around 4 August 2025 with a tentative closing date of 3 September 2025. The contract performance period will be 540 days beginning 10 days after contract award.
