PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
City of Marshall, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring the services of a licensed contractor for the City of Marshall to complete the necessary work to repair/mitigate a landslide that occurred on Strawberry Hill Road that is endangering water lines for the City of Marshall. This project is funded by a state mitigation grant and will include the city completing some of the work on this project.
Procedures for selection of a contractor will be in accordance with County and State procurement requirements. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance, capability, costs and proximity. The City of Marshall will begin negotiations with the respondent submitting the lowest price in the evaluation process. The City of Marshall reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals.

All interested parties must submit their response to the RFP package to Tina M Cole no later than 12:00 p.m. on March 12th, 2025. Faxed or e-mailed responses will not be accepted. The City of Marshall, Arkansas is a Fair Housing City and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
